+ What should I expect?
Come to the spa expecting to experience immersive technology and digital relaxation in a unique, colorful, and surprising space. Our guests move slowly, whisper only, and refrain from using phones.
+ How is a visit structured?
Luxury Escapism is a free exploration experience, however guests will be assigned time slots for our Rainbow Waterbed and Sonic Sauna treatments.
+ What are your cleaning practices?
After every session at our spa, we disinfect the space to ensure the safety of our guests. We have cleaning wipes available during sessions to wipe down headsets and offer sanitary masks. So feel free to stop by and relax at our digital wellness spa, worry free.
+ Is this good for groups? Date night?
Yes! We definitely recommend visiting in small groups or couples.
+ Will there be strobing lights or intense audio?
Yes. A few of our installations feature strobing lights and intense audio, namely the Rainbow Waterbed and the Sonic Sauna, however opting out of these treatments can still provide a fulfilling experience. If you have any concerns, please contact us!
+ How do I get to the spa?
The spa is located at 218 Plymouth St. in DUMBO Brooklyn.
We are only about 5 minutes away from the YORK F Train and 10 minutes walk from the ACE High Street/Brooklyn Bridge
+ How long does a spa session last?
Sessions last just about 2 hours.
+ What should I wear?
Wear comfy clothes! We will provide a robe and slippers for your relaxation.
+ Is there an age limit?
We currently only allow guests 16 and older to visit our spa.
+ Is the spa handicap accessible?
Unfortunately we are not fully accessible currently.
+ Do you offer refunds?
Tickets are non-refundable
+ Can I change my booking after purchase?
